Heat injection type flow channel coil heater is to place the ni-cr resistance wire in the steel tube filled with MgO powder for faster and more effective heat transfer after compaction.The heater is annealed to obtain a ductility that can be bent into any shape.A hot runner heater with a built-in thermocouple is also available.Hot runner bushing with different cross sections of hot runner heater, inner brass, stainless steel jacket.
