High Density Hot Rod Resistance Heating Tube Single Head Cartridge Heater Element For Mould Die
The heating part of the core of the cartridge heater is a nickel-chromium heat-resistant alloy wire, which is wound on a magnesium oxide core rod with excellent insulation and thermal conductivity. The heating wire and the shell are filled with magnesium oxide powder as an insulating material, and the air inside is compressed by the machine to make it into a whole.
After the main body of the cartridge heater is completed, the fixing piece or thread can be installed according to the installation needs. Note: High-power heating tubes are used in the mold, and mounting holes need to be reserved on the mold according to the size of the cartridge heater (or the outer diameter of the heating tube can be customized according to the size of the mounting hole). Please minimize the size of the heating tube and the mounting hole. Clearance. When machining mounting holes, the unilateral clearance is recommended to be within 0.05mm.

If the hole is too deep, the heating part of the heating tube will be exposed after installation, and there is no good heat dissipation environment, which will damage the heating tube and may even cause accidents such as fire.
If the hole is too deep, the heating tube will be sealed after installation, and the lead part will fall into a higher use environment. Long-term use may cause problems such as a short circuit between the electrodes.
Note: The heating tube should be protected from moisture. It is recommended to start with a low voltage during initial use.
Storage and use in a high-humidity environment will cause the insulation resistance to drop, but after the power is turned on, the moisture in the heating tube will evaporate and the insulation performance will gradually recover. It is recommended to start with a low voltage.
