Runner injection moulding
The shell material of standard cable heater is 304 stainless steel.
The heating core is disk – shaped or straight – shaped nickel – chromium solid line.
The cable heater can transmit up to a heating capacity of 35 W/in2 up to a surface temperature of 15000F.
Coil and cable heaters can accommodate “J” or “K” thermocouple sensors, which can be placed inside the top or middle of the heater.
They can also be configured with profiles or distributed watts.
Coil spring heaters can be up to 6 feet in length in their unformed straight segments and their cross sections can be square or rectangular, while cable heaters can be up to 300 feet long and their cross sections can be circular.
Thermocouple sensors can be installed inside the top or middle of the heater.
