絶縁ヒーターセラミック
絶縁ヒーターセラミック, also known as device ceramics, are used in electronic equipment to install, fix, protect components, as the insulating support of current-carrying conductors and various integrated circuit substrate ceramics. It has small dielectric constant, low dielectric loss, high mechanical strength, and high dielectric strength, insulation resistance and thermal conductivity.
Commonly usedInsulating heater ceramics are high aluminum porcelain, talc porcelain and so on. With the development of the electronics industry, especially the advent of thick film, thin film circuits and microwave integrated circuits, higher requirements have been put forward for packaging ceramics and substrates, and there are many new varieties, such as beryllium oxide porcelain, boron nitride porcelain and so on. At present, aluminum nitride porcelain and silicon carbide porcelain are being studied and developed, and their common characteristics are high thermal conductivity.
