Hot Core Heater bucket heaters are insulated high powered drum heating jackets with a high performance silicone coated heating element. Drum heating jackets are designed to fit 205 litre steel or plastic drums and have a power output of 1300W at 240V.
This range of drum heating jackets are ideal for melting or reducing the viscosity of soaps, fats, varnishes and oil based products that require high temperature for handling.
Bucket heating jackets are fitted with an adjustable capillary thermostat (+0ºC to 90ºC as standard or +0ºC to 180ºC / -5ºC to +40ºC on request), a 5 metre PVC insulated power cable and adjustable quick release buckles to secure the jacket to a container.
Jackets are constructed from silicone rubber coated glass cloth which is water repellent and resistant to water vapour. Additionally it is non-halogen flame retardant and rated for temperatures up to 180ºC.
