Tubular Thick Film Heaters
Tubular thick film heaters are one of the most popular heating elements in the thick film heating series, which are mainly widely used in the instant water heating, like the Water dispenser, electric faucet, electric water heater, coffee maker, etc.
Tubular thick film heaters are manufactured in a completely different way from traditional heating elements. Thick film heaters consist of a stainless steel substrate, printed with an insulating layer (in accordance with the insulation strength requirements), followed by a layer of resistance paste, followed by a contact layer and a connecting layer, all of which are covered with insulation at the top (only protection against mechanical damage is provided).
In the whole production process, the product is prepared in a room with high air purity grade. Separate layers are applied through screen printing, and each layer is sintered immediately after drying, so as to ensure the ultimate quality of our products.

4. Long service life. The heating efficiency is as high as 97%.
