Hot Core Heater Specializing in the production of various types of precision tubular heater for vacuum plating, nickel plating, gold plating, silver plating, chrome plating and other vacuum plating equipment. The vacuum electroplating tubular heater has various shapes, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, long service life, high conduction efficiency, and the shell is made of high-performance seamless tube, which is widely used in the vacuum industry.

Tubular heaters are produced using Incoloy, stainless steel or Copper sheath materials and also there is huge variety of selection of termination styles available. Insulation of Magnesium offers greater heat transfer.Industrial tubular heating elements are highly adaptable to most applications where electrical heating is required. They can be used in their straight form or bent into various shapes.

Finned Heater are the most common heaters and are best suited for a large number of applications such as conduction, convection, and radiation.the heaters can be produced almost any shape or size. Hot Core Heater also uses high quality magnesium oxide to allow for efficient heat transfer from resistive coil to your heating medium whether it is air, liquid or solid. These heater elements have a strong outer sheath to help protect the heater from physical stress and uses high quality alloys to allow efficient heat transfer from resistance coil to your heating medium.
